My last night in Vegas, went to see CHER….wow what a great show! A lot of fun “bling” costumes and hair and heels and a lot of sexy skin. I spent the weekend home in Florida, and as you can see…floating about working on my tan!

I am back traveling to Detroit, St Louis tomorrow and then to VEGAS for a long weekend….but its not just fun ya know! I survived the long flights back to the US. As always the food was pretty weak…I managed to have a few morsels stashed away in my bag to tide me over…You have o feed the muscle you know! So…I am home, resting up, training and preparing my way for competition in July! I have gotten many emails on upcoming travels and I will be answering all those emails in the next few days! Well, when you are reading this blog, I will be on this SwissAIR flight home-bound! As I took my second cardio walk this afternoon, I found the dandelions after they have died and turn into a puff ball. When I was a child we used to “make a wish” and blow the seeds off into the air! So, I made a wish today.. as I strolled the path ( see the signs ) along the canal with flowers in bloom everywhere! Next time we talk, I will be home in sunny Florida!!!  Kat x

My legs were pumped up from the one hour hike, and my head was filled with the beauty of the countryside, the smells of fresh grass and Spring making everything in bloom! Its great to keep your muscles healthy with walks and hikes…later I will go to the gym and PUMP UP…!!
