While I was on tour in October, my last weekend in Europe I was able to attend the World Body Building Championships in Lake Como, Italy. It was held at the stunningly beautiful Villa Erbe. Here are a few pics from that day….at the event expo, flexing big muscle with a local Hummer, and enjoying the beautiful sunny day, blue sky and stunning mountains! ok…MY mountains too…..!
