Happy Thanksgiving….this is the time to reflect and be thankful for all the great things we have, enjoy and share. Experiences are one of those great things and memories are a part of those experiences. So I propose to you today to reflect on great memories and smile as the past is what we experience to take us forward to the future! Now…with all that said, I want to share a few fond memories with you! On my European tour in September/October, I had a great time in Lille, France with my friend and fellow bodybuilder Maryse..here we are eating cheese, wine, bread and more cheese, wine and bread!! I think I gained 3 kilos!! Also, I visited for my 12th time…my favorite city Rome! Here is a picture at the Hotel Eden, as I said goodbye!   Great friends, great memories… here is to future times!
