Hi there… just a quickie from home in Florida. Ive been resting up..trying to get back into the gym and my great home cooking!!  yummm..! Next week I am in Canada and Buffalo and Atlanta…so I sure home all my favorite USA fans are ready for their Kat to be state side a few weeks!

Today is Friday…TGIF…I have been busy all week catching up, and tonight a little fun out on the town! But..tomorrow Saturday, try and catch me online to book a session in your city…also you may catch me on HB webcam tomorrow…enjoying time in my home gym…pumping up a little!

Tomorrow I leave London and head back home for a week….before venturing off to Canada! I wanted to write to you all and tell you what a lovely time I had in London….and beyond! This leg of my around the world travels was just great…and thank you to all the lovely fans, friends and family that made this trip so much fun. Im thankful for the great fans who have showered me with lovely gifts like these roses and other flowers…and gifts of perfumes, oils and other things that make a muscle diva happy! Without such great fans, it would not be possible to travel and meet you all, and the extra little things make it very special! Some of you I was not able to see on my travels, and I apologize and do certainly hope to see you soon! I will be resuming the travels, and my schedule posted here in my travel link. Both USA/CA. and EU travel.  Please note…I do want to give you a “tip”! As some of you have already asked about a very special day coming up…April 3rd…my birthday! My last time in Manchester, UK. I discovered the Hotel  Chocolat ( www.hotelchocolat.co.uk) and just today in London (Victoria) I found a branch of that store! I was so excited that the saleslady took my photo as I was trying to decide which chocolat I was going to devour before I start my diet tomorrow heheheee…. my fav is the Orange Chocolat, but they are all great! Anyway…if you are looking for a birthday gift for your favorite muscle diva…this is one idea! Of course those that know me…know that there are many more great ideas out there! Well its Thursday evening now in London…and I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that my around the world tour so far has been just wonderful! That doesnt mean I wont be around again…as you can see my schedule is never ending …for now! I found the best little tea cafe in London,  ”Chamama”..just 2 minutes away from Victoria station…and I have been indulging there the last few days!! The Kiwiians Berry Tea…..OMG..kiwi and red fruits…with an Almond tarte…..oh yes! but you can see..I still have abs….! The diet has been getting cleaned up the last few days…as I have video shoots coming up…but one last long flight home on Sunday and all will be back to normal (whatever that is…). Soon….the real diet starts..yep..thats right..contest time in July…so every day gets a little better and closer to the big day, but for now….I have my tight muscular body still in fine condition!! yummy…!!  kat xo

The visit to Bangkok was quite different!  Image the people of NYC and London and Tokyo al rolled into one…!  Thats Bangkok! Crowded streets just full of people, locals, visitors, tourists…and the national pasttime…..SHOPPING of course! The worlds largest mall ZEN, was right across the street from the hotel..and yes I did take a peek! Here is a pic of me at the mall….. The street shopping was awesome, anything at anytime….available!  After a traditional Thai massage where I was twisted into a muscle pretzel…I explored more of the city and I also made some friends at a very slinky place called The EDEN CLUB, Sukhumvit Soi 7/1  where the very sexy French bartender, Mickey ( a Mickey Rourke French clone) introduced me to some of his world famous girls…here is Pao and Yoko…as we chatted and said goodbye after an afternoon of laughter, fun and sharing girl stories~~~  On to London…next stop!

Hi!!  The train ride, Eastern and Orient Express from Singapore to Bangkok was spectaculor! The luxury of the train itself, the gourmet food, services and tours were excellent! Here is a pic riding tri-shaws in Penang Island…and me on the E&O Express train!  A most excellent cruise on the River Kwae and museum visits about the building of that bridge were very moving and interesting. I will be back to tell you about my time in Bangkok…stay tuned with my world tour and join me for adventures!  In Bangkok, Im sure it will time for more action, fun and excitement! I love learning the history of our world, but…I like MAKING history better!!  kat xxx

Hi Everyone! Well my time in Singapore was exciting! I saw the world famous Raffles hotel, tourded the Night Safari, th only night zoo in the world. had a private guide around the city and since its Chinese new years, visited a Chinese tample and Indian temple…burned some insense and had dinner in the old Malay area on Arab st..grest food! Here are a few pics.

Tomorow, Ill be joining the Eastern and Oriental Express Train to Bangkok, so I will not be online a few days, but will certainly have some very sexy pics from the train ride!! I wanted to share with you a great and wonderful experience that I had in Perth, AU. The Swan River wineries….of course! I had the opportunity to experience a first class river cruise and wine tasting with the great people of Perth! A very laid back, friendly and hot place! Definitely a place to come back to!!

My my my….check out the strong sexy Kat in Sydney! A gracious greeting of fresh flowers and fresh fruit! The flowers for enjoying….the fruits for….well Squeezing of course!! The strong smell of lillies in my room gave me the strength to squeeze several melons, and melon heads as well! >>SQUASH<<  !!!

Of course enjoying the beginning of the Chinese New Year Celebrations as Chinatown in Sydney prepares with fun, food and festivities. Its the year of the Tiger…thats close enough to a WildKAT to understand whats going on! Growl……Bite…Chomp! Catch theWildKat if you can! The tour continues to Melbourne, Australia…and oh yea I expereinced the Melbourne weather….”Four seasons in one day”. Thats exactly what happened! I was quite busy meeting up with old friends, fans and new aquaintances so the weather wasn’t too much of a problem. My last day was beautiful as I walked along the river getting some sun and enjoying some sweets from the Crown Casino Complex pastry shops! I think a few people noticed me jogging on the riverfront…dont you think? And oh…”the chocolate box”…yummy! Ill need to workout extra hard tomorrow! Thanks to wonderful fans and lovers of sexy female muscle, my experience in Melbourne 2010 will always be treasured!

Bringing you MORE from my world tour!! Auckland, the City of Sails is always a fun adventure! I actually met a fan from the UK walking around the harborfront in Auckland on Feb 1st which is the city Anniversary Celebration Day! Here is a pic taken after my morning workout, and also I toured Hobbiton where the Lord of the Rings movie was shot! That was a very exciting tour, here is a pic  in the “shire”. I wanted to bring you up to speed on my adventures! On a world tour…around the world! I started in California, some of my favorite places..Palm Springs, San Diego and Redondo Beach. Here is a pic from playing “schoolgirl” one of my favorite roleplay adventures! Well well….I wanted to share with all my loving fans….just how much fun I had today! Its a new year and I have a lot of travel planned, as you can see I will be “around the world” in the month of February…care to join me going around the world? Then  have some travel in the US planned…Canada and then it will be time to start preparing for competition season! Anyway….anough about that..here is a pic of my latest victim. Some of you may think because  am the International Muscle Goddess, that I dont kick ass anymore!!  Oh contrare….I dont like to exude too much of my energy on silly victims as much as I used to, but trust me..when I am in the mood…there is no stopping me from whipping some good ol behind! I spent my New Years Eve in Florida amidst a cool rainy evening, with a slightly belated New Years CELEBRATION…Shopping at the New City Center in Las Vegas! Hi. Its that holiday time of year again…and I wanted to tell you about the new videos I made with Mass Muscle last week! Its always fun to shoot with Mass Muscle Ed…because I direct most of the video, and I know what you want to see…and thats right…Kat spanks Santa because he was a naughty boy all year! Here is a preview picture! Also, when WildKAT poses as a secretary from hell and gets the job at Mass Muscle Offices….she displays her great office skills! I I decided to take some R&R in the beautiful state of New Mexico last week. Although I have skied there, this trip wasnt for sking…although the Taos mountain slopes are open! Santa Fe was teaming with celebrities and artists for their annual film fest and winter opening for the ski season! The beautiful huge blue skies and mountain sunsets are phenominal!! Here is a pic of me..trying to keep warm!  Went to see the Rio Grande bridge, Taos Pueblo…nd a stop off at “Stray Kats” for lunch….!!! xo

Ahhhh.. almost for got to share this with you! On a recent trip to the North Carolina mountains,  I was enjoying the brisk fresh air and beautiful mountains. There are so many wonderful places to explore and amazing places to see, people to meet…like my wonderful fans! Ya know the fresh air in the mountains does wonders for you, I was very rested and peaceful this lovely morning!

But….on the hustle bustle of NYC. Ill be enjoying a few days rest before heading to the Big Apple. If you want to meet in NYC…drop me a line, its a tight schedule….but then again I wouldn’t have it any other way than “tight”.  Cheers..Kat xo

Today was a bit overcast, but still a warm 72F in Florida. Here is a snapshot taken in my hammock in the back yard….now this is the way for a Muscle Diva to spend her winter! Warm Florida winters…sexy sunshine…and massive muscles! A yummy combination for fun !
