The tour continues to Melbourne, Australia…and oh yea I expereinced the Melbourne weather….”Four seasons in one day”. Thats exactly what happened! I was quite busy meeting up with old friends, fans and new aquaintances so the weather wasn’t too much of a problem. My last day was beautiful as I walked along the river getting some sun and enjoying some sweets from the Crown Casino Complex pastry shops! I think a few people noticed me jogging on the riverfront…dont you think? And oh…”the chocolate box”…yummy! Ill need to workout extra hard tomorrow! Thanks to wonderful fans and lovers of sexy female muscle, my experience in Melbourne 2010 will always be treasured!

Bringing you MORE from my world tour!! Auckland, the City of Sails is always a fun adventure! I actually met a fan from the UK walking around the harborfront in Auckland on Feb 1st which is the city Anniversary Celebration Day! Here is a pic taken after my morning workout, and also I toured Hobbiton where the Lord of the Rings movie was shot! That was a very exciting tour, here is a pic  in the “shire”. I wanted to bring you up to speed on my adventures! On a world tour…around the world! I started in California, some of my favorite places..Palm Springs, San Diego and Redondo Beach. Here is a pic from playing “schoolgirl” one of my favorite roleplay adventures! Just a quickie note from NYC…I love the city! The energy here is always incredible and makes me want to do what I do best….dominate men! Yea a little touchy feely stuff…and then BAM….the muscle comes out…strength increses like the incredible hulk…and leather replaces lace!!

Well well….I wanted to share with all my loving fans….just how much fun I had today! Its a new year and I have a lot of travel planned, as you can see I will be “around the world” in the month of February…care to join me going around the world? Then  have some travel in the US planned…Canada and then it will be time to start preparing for competition season! Anyway….anough about that..here is a pic of my latest victim. Some of you may think because  am the International Muscle Goddess, that I dont kick ass anymore!!  Oh contrare….I dont like to exude too much of my energy on silly victims as much as I used to, but trust me..when I am in the mood…there is no stopping me from whipping some good ol behind! I spent my New Years Eve in Florida amidst a cool rainy evening, with a slightly belated New Years CELEBRATION…Shopping at the New City Center in Las Vegas! Hi. Its that holiday time of year again…and I wanted to tell you about the new videos I made with Mass Muscle last week! Its always fun to shoot with Mass Muscle Ed…because I direct most of the video, and I know what you want to see…and thats right…Kat spanks Santa because he was a naughty boy all year! Here is a preview picture! Also, when WildKAT poses as a secretary from hell and gets the job at Mass Muscle Offices….she displays her great office skills! I I decided to take some R&R in the beautiful state of New Mexico last week. Although I have skied there, this trip wasnt for sking…although the Taos mountain slopes are open! Santa Fe was teaming with celebrities and artists for their annual film fest and winter opening for the ski season! The beautiful huge blue skies and mountain sunsets are phenominal!! Here is a pic of me..trying to keep warm!  Went to see the Rio Grande bridge, Taos Pueblo…nd a stop off at “Stray Kats” for lunch….!!! xo

Ahhhh.. almost for got to share this with you! On a recent trip to the North Carolina mountains,  I was enjoying the brisk fresh air and beautiful mountains. There are so many wonderful places to explore and amazing places to see, people to meet…like my wonderful fans! Ya know the fresh air in the mountains does wonders for you, I was very rested and peaceful this lovely morning!

But….on the hustle bustle of NYC. Ill be enjoying a few days rest before heading to the Big Apple. If you want to meet in NYC…drop me a line, its a tight schedule….but then again I wouldn’t have it any other way than “tight”.  Cheers..Kat xo

Today was a bit overcast, but still a warm 72F in Florida. Here is a snapshot taken in my hammock in the back yard….now this is the way for a Muscle Diva to spend her winter! Warm Florida winters…sexy sunshine…and massive muscles! A yummy combination for fun !

While I was on tour in October, my last weekend in Europe I was able to attend the World Body Building Championships in Lake Como, Italy. It was held at the stunningly beautiful Villa Erbe. Ok,,,as I promised I am posting every day so I can share with you some of the great and fun thinsgs I have been up to! I was in Georgia a few weekends ago taking a break up in the mountains. It was a great time to relax, sip some wine….and practice my shooting skills! Here are a few pics from my relaxing weekend.. how do you say BULLSEYE!

Happy Thanksgiving….this is the time to reflect and be thankful for all the great things we have, enjoy and share. Experiences are one of those great things and memories are a part of those experiences. So I propose to you today to reflect on great memories and smile as the past is what we experience to take us forward to the future! Now…with all that said, I want to share a few fond memories with you! On my European tour in September/October, I had a great time in Lille, France with my friend and fellow bodybuilder Maryse..here we are eating cheese, wine, bread and more cheese, wine and bread!! I think I gained 3 kilos!! Also, I visited for my 12th time…my favorite city Rome! Here is a picture at the Hotel Eden, as I said goodbye!   Great friends, great memories… here is to future times!

I am going through all the great pics I have fromthe last Europen travels in September and October and will be posting some here, but most importantly, I am making a huge new gallery with tons of pics from my travels, some naughty, some nice! However, I wanted to post these pics of my cats and companions! Tiberious (named after the great Roman Emperor) is my chocolate point who is going to be 12 yrs old in Dec. Thats a pic of him on the bed with me…snuggling! It could be you there ya know…!! Then the other pic is of Zacharias  ( named after the tax collector inthe Bible) who is no longer with us due to a tradgic accident, he would have been 3 this January. They loved each other very much, and we all miss him!

Hi there! ok ok..I know I have been getting emails from everyone asking  “where is Kat now”?? Well, I am home in Florida…taking a much needed break from traveling and  looking for a new siamese kitten as one of mine had a tradgety and am looking for a friend for my chocolate point siamese. Also, getting some down time…but not from the gym!  HAHAHA….get your mind out of the gutter! I have a home gym now…so I can train as always, keeping in tip top condition as always…and….we can webcam workouts, domination, bondage and some really fun stuff!!  I will be updating here every day for the next few days with pics from more of my European tour, New England and some “fun” pics from my travels. Hi, I am in Vienna, Austria and wanted to tell you what great fans I have here!  After some serious muscle squeezing…I enjoyed touring the city, applestruedel at the Karlzplatz ( did you see the applestruedel from Amsterdam?) and a fine Mozart concert!  See..there is a little more to do after muscle squeezing!!

So….the rest of you fans!!  Better start to measure up! The Kat is on the prowl….!!

We met several competitors who train there also and the owner. Patrick who is a wrestler in the C.R.U.S.H. fights in Belgium tokk about 20 of us out for a long 4 hr lunch of Italian food, wine and dessert! That will definitely pack a little pounds on!!
